Palolo Chinese Home is seeking a full time Kitchen Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring the work area is sanitized. Starting Pay: $18.00 Medical Insurance (including Drug, Vision, and Dental coverage) 401K (We offer a 4% matching contribution, with Traditional and Roth 401K options) 10 paid holidays per year 10 days of paid vacation, with increases at 4yrs and 7 yrs of service 10 days of paid sick leave Employee referral Bonus Discounted employee Meals Free on-site and street parking Flexible Spending Account (FSA) AFLAC supplemental insurance Responsibilities: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas Dispose of trash and recyclables Assist with food preparation as needed Always follow proper sanitation procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience of 3-6 months in a similar role Knowledge of proper sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to follow instructions accurately and log information on forms
