Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Leadership Annual Giving Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for securing leadership-level annual gifts by engaging alumni, community members and other supporters of USD through personalized outreach and donor-focused strategies. The role is based in Vermillion or Sioux Falls, with flexibility for a hybrid work setting. Travel is required. This position is not eligible for remote work outside the greater Vermillion or Sioux Falls areas. Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage and solicit leadership annual giving donors. Manage a portfolio of prospects with regular in-person, phone and digital engagement. Conduct discovery visits to assess donor interest, capacity and readiness to give. Create personalized cultivation and solicitation plans, using a m ix or traditional and digital tactics. Maintain a high volume of daily outreach through phone, email and social media. Collaborate with annual giving, marketing a stewardship teams to align outreach strategies. Track and document all constituent interactions in the donor database. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills, Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field. Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications or higher education preferred. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Salary Range:

$45,000 to $55,000, based on experience.
