New Home Sales Consultant

– Casa Fresca Homes (Central Division, Polk County, FL)

Casa Fresca Homes, the largest privately owned new home builder in Tampa Bay and Central Florida, is seeking an energetic New Home Sales Consultant to manage daily operations of our model home and close new home sales.

Responsibilities

Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.

Sell, process, and close homes using self‑generated and referred leads.

Generate leads through local community, real estate broker co‑broker collaborations, referrals, and self‑prospecting.

Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace including product, site, community, sales, advertising, and demographics.

Guide visitors through the model home, answer questions, and provide information about the community and home features.

Follow through consistently with customers from initial contact through financing, closing, and post‑closing activities, maintaining accurate records.

Gather data and prepare reports for management review.

Maintain condition of the model and inventory homes, communicate maintenance issues, and ensure resolution.

Participate in homeowner meetings and orientation activities.

Cross‑train on other communities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Minimum 1 year proven experience in new home sales and/or commission real estate sales.

Valid Florida Real Estate License.

Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Valid auto insurance coverage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.
