Overview Job Title: Line Cook (PM Shift) – The Americano, Scottsdale, AZ

Location: The Americano – Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (evening shifts)

Our kitchen blends Italian tradition with contemporary technique, delivering an elevated dining experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our PM service team. This role is responsible for executing dishes with precision, consistency, and urgency during dinner service. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works clean and organized, and takes pride in producing high-quality plates for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Execute menu items consistently according to restaurant standards and the Chef’s direction.

Set up, stock, and maintain the assigned station for PM service.

Work efficiently during dinner service while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards.

Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Assist with nightly breakdown, cleaning, and prep for the following day.

Qualifications

Previous line cook experience in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen preferred.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, timing, and plating standards.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused.

Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence.
