Location: Mishawaka, IN Summary As the Sales Trainee, you will engage and assist Dutchmen Regional Sales Managers in outcome-oriented business development practices and work diligently promoting our products and providing proactive communication and first-class support and service to our customers to maximize our market potential. Responsibilities
Must be able to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm disposition in pressured situations. Able to communicate the value and benefit of our products. Partner with Regional Sales Managers and make client visits as necessary. Regularly promote and maintain favorable customer relations by participating in and/or arranging training programs for customers, their associates, or other groups, entertaining customers at appropriate events, and participating in our local industry trade shows. Summarize information and run reports for our district managers. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and our CRM. Able to travel up to 25% (not limited to 5 consecutive days at a time). Having reliable transportation. Having a Passport and being able to enter Canada. Demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills; solution driven with the ability to develop sales strategies and meet client expectations. Qualifications
Minimum 2 year college degree preferred. Able to establish priorities and meet objectives with limited direction. Able to maintain a “can do” attitude. High level of determination, initiative, perseverance and resiliency. Benefits
