Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders following procedure
Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
Bake warm and delicious cookies and offer a scoop of ice cream
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately, ensuring no shortages or overages
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area
Desired Skills / Experience
Prior experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Ambitious nature
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
