Direct Marketing Associate

serves as the first point of contact with new customers by offering free in‑home consultations, generating leads, and educating prospects on our products and services.

Role

Report to our Cranford office daily to meet with your team.

Travel to neighborhoods in a company vehicle to generate qualified sales leads.

Educate potential customers on our products and services.

Represent Renewal by Andersen with utmost professionalism.

Work independently and collaboratively with your team.

Desired Qualifications

High energy/outgoing personality with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.

Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection.

Self‑motivated with negotiation skills and results orientation.

Competitive base pay plus UNCAPPED BONUSES (average earnings $50,000–$60,000).

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑6 pm (November–March); 11:30 am‑7:30 pm (April–October).
