Role Description This is a full-time role for a Tree Climber, based on-site in Santa Rosa, CA. The Tree Climber will be responsible for climbing trees to perform pruning, removal, and other tree care tasks. Daily tasks include assessing tree health, identifying potential hazards, safely operating climbing and pruning tools, and collaborating with other crew members to complete tree care projects efficiently. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and following safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications Knowledge of Forestry, Arboriculture, and Tree Identification Certified Arborist credentials are preferred Skills in handling and caring for trees Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Effective communication and teamwork skills Experience in tree climbing and using arborist tools is a plus Relevant certifications or training in arboriculture and tree care
