What We Offer Great potential for personal and professional growth A fast-paced, friendly, and energetic work environment On-the-job training Horticultural Certification/training opportunities (i.e., SC CNP, SC CLP) A competitive salary commensurate with experience 401K with a 4% employer match Paid Time Off Childcare partial reimbursement credit Employee Discount What We Are Looking For Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to motivate, lead, and encourage a team of 2-3 crew members Strong work ethic and integrity with a desire to keep projects on budget Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred Attention to detail, a basic understanding of grading, drainage, and construction 1-2 years of landscaping/installation experience preferred 1-2 years leading others in landscape installation experience is preferred Safely operate company tools and equipment Able to read landscape plans and drawings Ability to interact with clients and potential customers professionally and courteously Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills Willing to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism respectfully Able to lift up to 50 pounds Seniority level
