Position: Landscape Designer/Drafter Full-Time (40-45 hours per week)

Location: Johns Island, SC (Charleston Area, Lowcountry)

Compensation:

Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with professional experience)

Technical Skills (Training Provided):

Experience in design or horticulture is a valuable asset but is not required, as we are committed to training the right candidate.

Familiarity with design software such as VizTerra 3D, Google SketchUp, or AutoCAD is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training on the use of VizTerra 3D.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Administrative Efficiency: The ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 50+ words per minute to facilitate efficient document and proposal generation.
