Job Details
Shift: Morning Shift 6am-2pm
Location: 733 Selby Ave, St Paul, MN 55104 - Seven Hills Senior Living
Temporary fill from November 2025 through end of January 2026 (potential for permanent placement)
Job Objective The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing the hands‑on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participates in activities and outings.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
Observe clients and report changes in physical and emotional condition to the case manager.
Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
Complete all required documentation daily, including service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
Qualifications
6 months-1 year of experience in long‑term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.
