Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu questions and ensure order accuracy
Create a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
Package and deliver orders quickly and correctly
Handle cash and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills and Experience:
Customer service experience preferred
Personable, genuine, and outgoing
Ambitious and organized
Effective communication skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
