Greet guests promptly and take their orders following procedures Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy Provide a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream Ensure orders are packaged and delivered promptly and correctly Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior customer service experience preferred Personable, outgoing, and genuine Ambitious and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the U.S. About Us:
