Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs and use them to support the guest experience. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity. Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as inventory sells through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price changes and signage accuracy, including clearance merchandising. Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor throughout the day. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards as appropriate. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with all applicable laws. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs. Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target. All other duties based on business needs. Qualifications
Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Flexible, reliable, and punctual with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Capable of remaining mobile for the duration of shifts Other basics we expect
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Climb ladders as required Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Commitment to safe, compliant operations Benefits
