in West St. Paul offers senior living with services to 127 customers,a37-bed transitional care and rehabilitation center, 24 memory care apartments and 10 care suites. Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge
seeks Resident Assistants to work in their Assisted Living, Care Suites and Memory Care areas todeliver hands-on personal care to meet each resident’s physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse. The Resident Assistant will also perform specialized procedures including medication administration, medication reminders, accurate vital signs, simple wound care dressing and catheter care. All schedule includes working every other weekend and alternating holidays. On-call shifts are also available. Assisted Living: part-time
4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Care Suites: part-time 2:30 pm to 10:45 pm
Memory Care: full-time and part-time 2:30 pm to 10:45 pm
10:30 pm to 6:45 am Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships High school diploma or equivalent Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles.
