Relate to and instruct student athletes in large groups, small groups, and individualized settings Develop and use strategies to improve individual and team play. Ability to encourage student participation in the sport. Ability to work cooperatively with administration and staff. Work with other coaches by supporting and encouraging student participate in other sports.
