As Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and managing the space and occupancy data. You will support the Senior Occupancy Planner with this information to develop scenarios, analytics, space plans and projects for our client’s portfolio across the North America region. **This is a hybrid position and will require in-office presence 3 days average per week at the Morrisville, NC office.*** Keep floorplan layouts, space types, furniture and employee and locker allocations up to date.* Regular data auditing, portfolio site alignment maintaining strong relations with site contacts to improve data accuracy.* Sustain accurate occupancy records and metrics in the CAFM system (FMS) as well as how we share or report the data and insights.* Generate regular occupancy reports and performance metrics, include monthly headcount reporting, portfolio reporting, & ad-hoc space, lab, Business Unit, and headcount analysis requests.* Conduct comparative analysis of occupancy performance across properties.* Create detailed space allocation reports, plans and layouts: Workplace programming, test fits, furniture planning, neighborhood planning, tactical planning.* Manage technology integration by supporting site set up of the client’s Mobile Workplace App used for space bookings, wayfinding, office information and more.* Ad-hoc project requests; potential stretch assignments with collaboration across service lines and end users.* On-going process improvement and documentation in partnership with our Occupancy Planning team.* Extract and analyze data to support in the BI Dashboard development initiatives of Occupancy Planning, our client, and the Account.* Contribute to integrations of AI capabilities to increase productivity and strengthen deliverables and insights.* Enjoy gathering details, investigate and discuss findings, as well as generate data narratives that reveal trends and initiate decisions.* Passionate about continuous learning, evolving best practices, detecting process and data gaps, as well as partnering with team(s) to develop appropriate resolutions.* Focused on cultivating strong relationships and team partnerships* Strong AutoCAD and Excel capabilities* A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles and trends such as the hybrid workplace is preferred* A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is preferredAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
