Requirements:
Knowledge of creating and customizing reports, segments, and calculated metrics within Adobe Analytics
Hands‑on experience with Tableau to translate data insights into actionable visuals
Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Ability to apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses, design A/B tests, and interpret test results
Experience in analyzing user behavior, mapping digital and sales journeys, and identifying friction points to improve the overall customer experience
Ability to perform segmentation analysis to tailor user experiences and deliver personalized marketing efforts
Experience working with media teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on business objectives
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive business intelligence reports and delivering self‑service analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling to support ad‑hoc analysis.
Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, scripting, and integration with analytics workflows.
Experience with R for statistical analysis, data visualization, and building predictive models in a marketing context.
