Your contribution

Execution of the Vantage Towers strategy

to drive business success

Establishing opportunities with landlord s through telephone, email, or other effective communication channels

Preparing and presenting purchase offers

to landlords professionally and persuasively

Managing external service providers

to achieve both corporate and individual targets

Building and maintaining trusted relationships

with landlords by understanding their needs and fostering cooperation

Acting as a key point of contact

for the German site acquisition team to identify and support new opportunities

What makes you stand out

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or the real estate industry

Extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and its dynamics

Solid experience in managing vendors or networks of agencies and teams in the real estate field

Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements with landlords

Proficiency in various negotiation tools and tactics to effectively convince landlords

Willingness to travel as required by the role

Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1)
