Your Contribution: You
support strategic initiatives
and projects across all European markets to drive business transformation and enable cost and process optimization
You
collaborate with the Executive Board , Top Management, and various business units to execute programs that align with the Finance Transformation Strategy
You develop and
run workshops with leaders and senior managers
to ensure alignment and simplicity across all transformation efforts
You build
positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including external consultants, to identify transformation needs and obstacles early on
You
represent Vantage Towers externally at a senior level
when required
You
provide organisational change management support
and develop proposals to overcome challenges
You
work in a dynamic and complex environment , directly with the CEO and CFO, and maintain a clear, effective communication style for all stakeholders
What makes you stand out: Proven experience (min. 5 years) in
(Management) Consulting
or a corporate role within Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
A
degree in Finance , Economics, Business Administration, Philosophy, or Natural Sciences
Solid
experience with Business Transformation
& change projects and a strong focus on execution
Experience in
Transformation Programs
and Process Improvements
Excellent stakeholder management skills , with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence at all levels
Outstanding
analytical competence , strategic thinking, and implementation skills
The ability to quickly grasp and
comprehend new, complex concepts .
Fluent in German (Writing & Speaking)
