We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Lead) in Zurich to join our international team. If you’re passionate about sourcing top talent, nurturing candidate relationships, and supporting inclusive workplace communities, this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, especially for consulting and tech-related roles, with a strong focus on pipeline building and nurturing. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and capability leads across multiple markets, so a solid understanding of cross-cultural collaboration is essential.
Job requirements
4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in consulting or tech environments Extensive network in Switzerland (UK is a strong bonus) Impeccable English; German and French are a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues Structured and detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to tracking and follow-up Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting Strong understanding of cross-cultural collaboration and global team dynamics Job responsibilities
