Our client, a premier national law firm, has an active need for a corporate lawyer focused on capital markets/securities transactions to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
Advise public and private companies and their boards on a range of capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations
Counsel clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters
Required Qualifications:
4-7 years of significant experience with capital markets transactions, including IPOs, securities offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and general corporate governance and securities law matters
Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $275,000 – $355,000
