We’re looking for a creative, inquisitive, strategic “do-er” to join our team.
This is a remote role & open to candidates based in the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the client relationships in our growing direct-to-consumer company portfolio
Create & execute media plans based on each client’s goals, KPIs and budget
Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns on Paid Social & Paid Search channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads etc.
Formulate the messaging, targeting & media strategy for your client brands
Develop reporting & insights that unlock performance improvements
Lead all onboarding calls, regular client meetings, and other key project calls
Partner with our creative team on the production of creative assets – from messaging and copy to visuals and design elements
Understand and implement the technical aspects of advertising, from pixel implementation to audience creation and catalog management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing at an agency or brand
Expert-level knowledge of Facebook & TikTok Ads with a deep understanding of creative strategy. Intermediate knowledge of Google ads is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills – you can clearly present data-driven recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
