Regional Account Executive – Street Furniture Advertising (OOH)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity A leading out-of-home advertising organization is seeking a
Regional Account Executive
to support its street furniture advertising portfolio across the Midwest. This role is responsible for developing revenue‑driving advertising campaigns for local and regional brands while managing and growing an existing client base.
This position is ideal for a consultative, relationship‑driven seller who enjoys prospecting, building tailored media solutions, and partnering closely with agencies and advertisers to deliver high‑impact OOH campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Research and prospect new advertising clients within assigned Midwest markets
Identify target industries for annual, seasonal, and short‑term advertising opportunities
Develop and present customized out‑of‑home advertising campaign recommendations
Negotiate and execute advertising contracts with a win‑win mindset
Manage, retain, and grow an existing book of business
Review inventory availability and deliver detailed proposals and media grids
Build strong internal partnerships to support campaign execution
Maintain excellent external client and agency relationships
Qualifications & Experience
Experience selling advertising or media solutions (OOH experience preferred)
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Consultative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable media plans
Analytical and creative problem solver
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Location & Work Model
Chicago‑based role
Hybrid work schedule/One
Full‑time position
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 (pay transparency compliant) Incentives: Competitive commission / incentive opportunity
