Help shape a truly unique resort experience rooted in the authentic spirit of Kaua‘i. Opening in late 2026, Hale Hokuala Kauai—part of Hilton’s Curio Collection—will celebrate the island’s natural beauty, culture, and craftsmanship while offering guests an elevated and immersive sense of place.
Located along Kaua‘i’s famed coastline and adjacent to the award‑winning Ocean Course at Hokuala, the resort will feature 210 thoughtfully designed guestrooms and suites, a signature restaurant and bar, and flexible meeting and event spaces. Inspired by the island’s deep connection to the land, the design blends contemporary sophistication with the warmth of Hawaiian tradition to create serene, modern retreats.
Rooted in authenticity and infused with aloha, Hale Hokuala Kauai will offer a guest experience that feels distinctly Hawaiian—and unmistakably Curio.
What Will I Be Doing?
Maintain relationships with established Consortia accounts
Monitor implementation of packages and offers with operational departments and deploy to luxury partnerships
Develop relationships with International and Domestic clientele
Maintain relationships and establish new connections with FIT, Wholesale, Entertainment and Local negotiated accounts
Support and promote leisure packages, offers and promotions in conjunction with the Revenue Management and Marketing Teams
Set and negotiate rates for special corporate/preferred and local volume negotiated accounts, with direction from Revenue Management and DOSM
Conduct research on key account room night / revenue performance at competitive set
Prepare account performance reports on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis
Grow relationships with current accounts
Host and direct on‑property Travel Partner FAM Trips, Site Inspections and Educational Tours
Plan and execute sales calls, presentations and client entertainment with retail travel agents, luxury travel managers, and other intermediaries
Consistently present a polished, professional image of the Resort
Effectively cross‑sell Resort outlets and revenue centers (e.g., spa, dining, golf and activities)
International and Domestic Travel required based on the marketing plan focusing on retail travel agencies, consortia and wholesale accounts
Will be self‑motivated, team‑oriented, ambitious and driven to sales success
Execute additional projects and duties as assigned
Interview, train and supervise staff
This is a property‑based role requiring an on‑site presence. Occasional travel is required.
