Rehab Manager (OT or PT) Salary Range: $130-140K/yr
Requirements to Apply
Active Occupational Therapist OT license or Physical Therapist PT license in California
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Minimum 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
Three to five years of supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation operations, therapy regulations, and clinical documentation
Medically cleared for communicable diseases with all immunizations current

Job Overview The Rehab Manager oversees all rehabilitation services, including therapy operations, care coordination, assessments, restorative programs, and compliance with state and federal standards. The ideal candidate excels in clinical leadership, staff training, adaptive equipment assessment, durable medical equipment coordination, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness. Occasional local travel may be required to support additional sites.
