Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Role: The Replenishment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels across all product categories to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. This position is responsible for developing and executing replenishment strategies that align with sales forecasts, seasonal trends, and promotional activities. The manager will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Sales and Operations to maintain seamless product availability and enhance overall customer satisfaction. By analyzing sales data and inventory reports, the Replenishment Manager will identify opportunities to improve stock turnover and reduce out-of-stock occurrences. Ultimately, this role drives the efficiency and profitability of inventory management, supporting the company’s broader business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree .

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or supply chain roles within the flooring materials, construction or related industry is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with advanced forecasting tools and ERP systems

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement replenishment plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.

Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.

Works with detailed historic reports to determine order quantities, processes new purchase orders, and amend generated purchase orders to meet customer expectations.

Establish relationships with key vendors, suppliers and carriers, and work closely with them in assuring the availability and flow of products. Works with vendors and Marketing on promos/special buys, short supply recovery and operational problem solving.

Assists with internal and external inventory management activities including implementing process enhancements to streamline the replenishment function

Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify slow-moving or excess stock and recommend corrective actions.

Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels, generate reports, and forecast future needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory and supply chain management.

This position is in the office and can be located at any of our major locations.

The specific compensation will be determined by the candidate's location, experience level, and qualifications.
