Position Overview This is an entry-level position. As a
Service Advisor , you are the face of our car wash, responsible for greeting customers, promoting car wash packages and memberships, and providing exceptional service. Your role is essential to driving revenue, growing our customer base, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
Educate customers about car wash options and membership benefits
Promote and sell services to meet individual and team sales goalsOperate the point-of-sale system to complete transactions accurately
Address customer questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general site operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Applicants must be at least 16 years old
Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Work Environment
Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
