Job Overview Sucro Painting Contractors is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and well-spoken Painting Sales Estimator to join our Sales & Client Relations team. This full-time position offers remote flexibility with occasional site visits and provides an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual looking to grow their career in the home improvement space. You’ll be responsible for connecting with clients, creating detailed estimates, and closing residential and commercial painting projects. Key Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients (virtually and on-site) to assess project scope and develop detailed, accurate painting estimates
Follow up on leads and manage client relationships from estimate to contract close
Leverage CRM and estimating software tools to streamline your workflow
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth project handoff
Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
Uphold Sucro Painting’s standards for integrity, communication, and professionalism
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or client relations preferred (painting/home improvement experience a plus)
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with technology and digital tools (CRM, tablets, virtual meetings)
Clean-cut, coachable, and eager to grow within a long-term career path
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
Salary + Commission (with earnings potential up to $125K+ per year)
