About Our Client Our client is a Brussels-based industrial manufacturer recognized worldwide for its automated lubrication systems used in machinery maintenance. Its patented technology improves equipment reliability, reduces lubricant waste, and enhances workplace safety. The company exports to more than 70 countries and continues to expand across Europe and beyond.
Job Description Key responsibilities
Strengthen and grow partnerships with distributors across the Nordics, UK, Benelux, France, and Eastern Europe
Act as technical advisor for distributors and their clients, offering product expertise and on‑site demonstrations
Identify and onboard new partners in target regions; deliver comprehensive training programs
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, stock, transport, and payment
Collaborate with export, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure flawless order management
Manage supplier relationships, including stock monitoring and payment follow‑up
Oversee export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
The Successful Applicant Qualities of a successful candidate
Fluent in English and French or Dutch (any Nordic or German language is a plus)
Proven experience in export, distributor management, or technical sales
Strong interest in industrial technology and maintenance equipment
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency with ERP/CRM or similar business tools
Availability for short international travel (2-5 days per month)
