Superintendent

with a strong background in healthcare projects to help lead our healthcare-focused projects throughout

Georgia . Job Description: As a

Superintendent

in our

Healthcare Division , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects across Georgia, including both

ground-up builds

and

renovations

of

clinics

and

hospital facilities . Your role will involve managing on-site construction activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee healthcare construction projects across

Georgia , including both

clinic and hospital

builds and renovations. Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and standards throughout the construction process. Monitor and track project progress, providing updates to project managers and stakeholders. Ensure accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and any safety or quality concerns. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner. Maintain a focus on safety, with adherence to OSHA standards and healthcare-specific safety requirements. Foster strong communication with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience

as a Superintendent in construction, with a focus on

healthcare projects

(including clinics and hospitals). Proven experience managing both

ground-up construction

and

renovations

within the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of healthcare-specific codes, regulations, and standards. Ability to lead and manage teams of subcontractors and construction staff. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. OSHA certifications and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to manage projects across

Georgia
