Traveling Superintendent
to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the Southeast and beyond. This contractor specializes in
retail, restaurant, gas station/convenience store, and commercial construction , delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects for national and regional clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering projects on schedule and to a high standard. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and local codes Work closely with Project Managers to control budgets and handle change orders Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates Maintain strong client relationships in the field Project Types
