Position Summary: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal.
Responsibilities
Prepared fresh food items daily following recipes and guidelines.
Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise.
Sweep and maintain cleanliness of prepared foods area.
Ensure shelf cleanliness, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower quality food products.
Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
Maintain sales floor in accordance with company policies, handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
Be a team member by collaborating with cross‑functional teams and educating others on tools, tasks and resources.
Be an expert by preparing food according to specifications, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management.
Be a techie by leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Be an owner by driving performance, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, guiding peers and providing attention to customer needs.
Be a talent ambassador by modeling high quality service and products.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; determine priorities and recommend improvement opportunities.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
