Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site construction activities and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
Manage materials, labor, and equipment to maintain smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
Enforce compliance with company policies, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (8+ years) as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager in commercial or residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera), and construction management software.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
