About the Role As a
Client Executive – Commercial Lines , you own the relationship with a select group of Ellerbrock‑Norris’s most complex and strategically important clients. You’re the go‑to insurance expert, the bridge between client priorities and our solutions, and the steady hand that keeps the client experience seamless. You’ll lead with purpose—ensuring every client’s insurance program is accurate, strategic, and aligned with their business goals and evolving risks. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, overseeing all aspects of their insurance programs.
Deliver proactive service through the ENCORE process—identifying coverage gaps, managing renewals, and addressing emerging risks.
Partner closely with Risk Advisors, Client Managers, and Coordinators to deliver comprehensive, client‑first solutions.
Build deep client trust through consistent communication, accurate coverage, and a genuine understanding of their business goals.
Drive growth opportunities through cross‑selling, referrals, and service excellence that strengthens long‑term relationships.
Your Impact You’ll play a vital role in:
Retaining and growing EN’s most valued client relationships.
Mitigating client risk with accurate and strategic coverage.
Representing Ellerbrock‑Norris externally as a trusted advisor and the internal voice of the client.
Delivering a best‑in‑class experience that clients remember for the right reasons.

Technical Lead or Onboarding Specialist – specializing in systems, coverage, or process optimization

Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate daily with:
Fellow Client Executives and Managers to share best practices
Client Coordinators and Support Associates for execution and efficiency
Risk Advisors on strategic client planning and growth opportunities
Carrier partners to resolve issues and enhance program design
Preferred Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on drafting professional business correspondence
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and the urgency of requests
Capable of multi‑tasking and switching efficiently between priorities
Forward‑thinking mindset with the ability to comprehensively review an account and anticipate needs and solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
Experience with Applied Systems (Applied Epic preferred); familiarity with Zywave, ModMaster, Rough Notes, and IRMI
Qualifications & Education High School Diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
