Trusted Advisor. Strategic Partner. Client Champion. We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Benefits team and take ownership of a growing portfolio of client relationships. You’ll deliver high-impact, strategic guidance to businesses navigating the ever-evolving landscape of employee benefits. From renewals and compliance to cost containment and employee engagement, you’ll be the go-to expert who makes benefits make sense. What You'll Do
Serve as the primary contact for a defined book of business—delivering exceptional service, insights, and strategy. Design and present tailored benefits plans that align with clients’ business objectives, budget, and workforce needs. Build strong, long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and value. Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to execute renewals, resolve service issues, and drive client satisfaction. Stay sharp on regulatory updates (ACA, ERISA, COBRA) and emerging trends to offer proactive, future-focused guidance. Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and referrals—because great service leads to new business. What You Bring A solid background in employee benefits consulting, insurance brokerage, or a related field—ideally with 3+ years’ experience. Deep knowledge of group benefits plans, compliance requirements, and risk management best practices. Top-notch communication skills—you know how to make complex info digestible (and even a little interesting). A consultative approach—you listen first, think critically, and lead with value.
