A day in the life. As our
Account Manager
on the
Personal Lines
team, you will be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will mentor associates on your team and serve as an advisor and consultant to our client. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the marketplace along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners. Successful candidates will have:
Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently.
Exceptional time‑management and organization skills.
Self‑starter with demonstrated resourcefulness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry.
P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary and Incentives The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,800 to $92,200. Additionally the base salary can range from $63,100 to $117,500 depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Performance‑based incentives may be available.
