Business Development Specialist
to help guide and implement growth initiatives. This role is perfect for a collaborative communicator who enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships and driving business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with regional leadership and marketing teams to promote firm strengths and secure new business opportunities.
Represent the firm at client, industry, and community events to generate leads and enhance visibility.
Maintain and report on a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
Align business development strategies with broader firm goals.
Support brand awareness efforts and regional marketing initiatives.
Coordinate internal resources throughout the business development process.
QUALIFICATIONS
5-12 years of experience in business development, preferably within the AEC industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
