Customer Service Rep

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Florissant, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries and orders Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer Preparing and packaging products according to company standards Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications include: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
