Responsibilities
Support clients through all stages of buying, selling, or leasing properties
Conduct property showings and open houses
Provide market insights, pricing advice, and legal guidance
Negotiate offers and contracts on clients’ behalf
Promote listings via MLS, social media, and other channels
Build and maintain client networks and generate leads
Prepare and manage real estate documents and coordinate with involved parties
Track market trends and perform comparative market analyses
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and uphold professional ethics
Qualifications
Valid New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License
In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, contract details, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated experience in handling transactions and fostering client relationships
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Skilled in using CRM platforms and real estate technology applications
Dedicated to providing exceptional client service while upholding strong ethical principles
