Ethos Hospitality Group , we’re looking for a high-energy Area Business Development Manager to bring our brand to life through strategic partnerships, standout events, and hands-on leadership. This role goes beyond planning—it’s about inspiring teams, engaging communities, and ensuring we win in every market we touch. Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution Plan, organize, and execute B2B partnerships, pop-ups, product sampling, and marketing events on and off-site. Manage event logistics: setup, registration, teardown, and promotional materials. Create BEOs for private events and communicate with operations. Sales Support & Brand Growth Generate and qualify leads through field activities. Partner with sales to support growth and customer engagement. Ensure consistent brand messaging tailored to local markets. Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and more. Implement strategies to maintain 4.0+ ratings across platforms. Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness. Leadership & Culture Build, mentor, and inspire brand ambassador teams. Celebrate and recognize staff achievements. Act as a culture-builder, ensuring staff feel connected and valued. Market Research & Strategy Conduct competitive analysis and customer surveys. Refine marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors. What You’ll Bring
