Job Profile As a Senior Relationship Strategist within the PNC Private Bank organization, based in Austin, TX, you will manage a book of sophisticated client relationships, develop and execute relationship management plans, and support client growth and retention. Responsibilities include client management, strategic sourcing of new relationships, risk management, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support client management activities, develop relationship strategies, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Coordinate with team to identify client needs, deliver proactive service, and ensure client advocacy.
Grow the book of business through client expansion and new acquisitions, leveraging networking and business development strategies.
Manage risk by appropriate client selection and working with risk partners to resolve concerns.
Maintain accurate CRM tasks, participate in team processes, and mentor team members as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience managing a large and complex book of business, ideally 8+ years in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree required; higher education or certifications preferred.
Skills in client relationship building, financial analysis, decision making, and sales strategy.
Competencies include customer experience management, effective communication, and value selling.
