Clinical Account Executive (CAE) – CDx Diagnostics, Los Angeles, CA (travel throughout California)
Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
About CDx Diagnostics CDx Diagnostics is a molecular and digital pathology platform company dedicated to improving patient outcomes. This position supports the launch of WATS3D, a cutting‑edge diagnostic platform for early detection of esophageal precancer.
Responsibilities
Deliver clinical education and hands‑on training to physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure WATS3D is embedded in the patient care journey.
Address billing, reimbursement, and workflow logistics to minimize friction and support adoption.
Provide in‑office support for troubleshooting and usage issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and staff; proactively manage client retention and utilization.
Partner with RSM to develop and execute territory growth plans, including onboarding new GI practices.
Conduct long‑cycle sales planning, stakeholder mapping, and volume forecasting.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and other IT systems; monitor specimen flow and adherence to protocols; prepare reports and support internal initiatives.
Key Competencies
Strong clinical communication and training delivery skills.
Account management and relationship‑building proficiency.
Understanding of reimbursement and workflow integration.
Ability to prioritize and plan within a territory‑based structure.
