Enrollment Sales Representative - Healthcare - Independent Broker - Altoona, PA Independent Broker PACE Consulting Solutions The Enrollment Sales Representative is an autonomous position ideal for community active individuals who want to make their own schedules and not be tied to a desk or traditional schedules. A successful Enrollment Sales Representative will engage in educating the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested participants through enrollment to support the organization’s goals for enrollment growth. Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program. Organize community outreach and promotional activities. Guide interested participants through enrollment to support enrollment growth goals. Compensation
Compensation sample 5 enrollments/month = $180,000 per year 4 enrollments/month = $144,000 per year 3 enrollments/month = $108,000 per year Qualifications
Evidence of achieving sales goals. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience in healthcare sales or admissions preferred. Licensing and Certifications
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and proof of insurance. Skills & Abilities
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a culturally, socioeconomically, and educationally diverse population. Goal-driven with a competitive edge. Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community. Sales and marketing techniques to outreach to diverse groups and communicate effectively. Proven system to track and trend leads and sales activity. Knowledge/experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and resources. Local travel. About us
