Rush Truck Center - Denver is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to support on-site field service in Commerce City, CO. This is a field-based role dispatched in a mobile service unit to perform repairs, maintenance, and recall work at customer locations. Responsibilities
Deliver on-site repair and maintenance services as outlined on customer-approved work orders Prioritize customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely service delivery Manage your schedule and appointments with strong organizational discipline Communicate regularly with Mobile Service Coordinators, Parts Department, and internal leadership Maintain accurate, digital documentation of all work performed Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins and training certifications Operate and care for your mobile service vehicle as a professional extension of the brand Maintain a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset as part of a growing service initiative Qualifications
B-level technician experience or higher strongly preferred Previous diesel or service technician background preferred Valid driver’s license required ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training a plus (Ford experience desirable but not mandatory) Strong attention to detail and personal accountability Proficient with mobile devices and repair documentation software Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing physical tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Details
Job Type: Full-time Location: Commerce City, CO (field-based; travel in a company-provided mobile service van) Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible based on service calls Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits
