Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of
15 embedded electro-mechanical engineers
supporting automation, packaging, and material handling systems at customer sites across North America
Act as the
hands‑on technical leader , providing direction on
PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system optimization
to ensure peak performance and uptime
Oversee site operations, maintenance standards, and customer satisfaction across multiple embedded engineering programs
Recruit, train, and mentor field engineers, building a high‑performing team skilled in
automation and electro‑mechanical service
Qualifications
Bring
5+ years of experience
in
automation, robotics, packaging equipment, or material handling systems , plus strong
PLC and controls knowledge ; a
technical degree or engineering background
preferred
Enjoy a
$95K-$120K compensation range , ~ 50% regional travel , 15% overnight travel, and remote flexibility while leading service excellence for an industry innovator
