Join MAS as an Accounts Executive to authorize costing and purchase orders, analyze stock reviews, and ensure profitability aligns with business accounts. Key Responsibilities
Authorize costing and resolve deviations to ensure compliance with company policies. Authorize purchase orders and resolve discrepancies to align with agreed costing. Prepare pre-order profitability reports to provide management with future profit insights. Review raw material stock, evaluate remaining stock against sales orders, and monitor slow/non-moving stock monthly. Prepare post-order profitability reports to assess past month performance against projections. Knowledge and Skills
Degree in Finance, CIMA, or CA qualification. 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance. Proficiency in SAP Finance & Controlling module ('A' grade) and report generation ('R' grade). Understanding of cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Accuracy in costings, purchase orders, and stock evaluations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills with management and teams. Strong discrepancy resolution skills and policy compliance.
