Position Summary

The Assistant Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Manager with managing and growing assigned territory through the effective leadership of independent direct seller sales representatives. This role focuses on one Leaf Home product and/or location and will work closely with the Installation team to ensure accurate sales orders, timely product installation, and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training direct sales representatives to meet established market goals. Lead in-depth training program for newly onboarded sales representatives and refresher training to tenured sales representatives. Administratively responsible for lead results and reporting. Routinely review sales performance reports to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for assigned team and territory. Provide customer and sales support by responding to customer inquiries and requests. Work closely with the Installation department to ensure accurate sales orders and timely installation. Perform ride-alongs to provide training for new representatives and to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance for existing representatives. Complete in-home sales consultations with potential customers based on lead volume and staffing velocity. May lead local marketing and canvassing program to generate additional customer leads as necessary to meet established goals. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Experience and Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3+ years of experience in a direct sales role or equivalent. Experience in generating performance reports from a CRM system and identifying key trends and insights. Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention between tasks to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality. Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals. Detail-oriented and able to focus on tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection. Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping.peer and customer needs first. Must hold a valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation to/from job site to perform job duties. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications

Direct sales experience in the home services industry. Experience managing a team of direct sales representatives. Travel Requirements

Additional hours may be required (exempt positions). Physical Requirements

Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment. Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
