Onsite - South San Francisco, CA
Contract - 3-months
Pay range - $28.00 - $32.00/hour
This role is responsible for supporting vehicle delivery and service operations through detailed preparation, inspection, and logistics tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Performing exterior and interior vehicle cleaning to meet quality standards. Shuttling fleet and customer vehicles between locations as needed. Conducting pre-delivery inspections, including cosmetic checks, test drives, and using tools like torque wrenches and compressed air systems. Utilizing business software and tools for documentation and reporting. Managing vehicle readiness for delivery and coordinating defect reporting with service teams. Maintaining the vehicle lot to ensure safety and organization. Staging and preparing customer trade-in vehicles for auction transport. Supporting other operational tasks as directed by leadership. Qualifications:
1+ year experience in logistics, automotive, EV, or detailing roles preferred. Familiarity with writing service orders is a plus. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR checks. High School Diploma or GED required. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in varying weather and service center conditions. Physical capability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, and walking for extended periods. Proficient in English, with ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents.
