About the Role A leading financial services organization is seeking a Go-to-Market & Change Enablement Manager to drive strategic change initiatives across risk, compliance, and transformation programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with a passion for stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide change enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute change enablement strategies, governance models, and communication cadences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and ensure alignment across Compliance, Control Management, and Business Operations.
Consolidate and streamline communications across 1LOD and 2LOD project partners.
Identify training needs and partner with enablement teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.
Support intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives to ensure clarity and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project management experience with strategic leadership in complex environments.
Background in risk management and compliance within financial services.
Proven success in managing communications and change strategies for enterprise-wide programs.
Strong written communication and presentation development skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
